London in Style
If you’re going to tour London, why not do so in style; this is the idea behind our new London in Style tour, introducing visitors to some of the capital’s most iconic sites, along with the great British experiences we take the most pride in. Beginning with an introduction to the Tower of London, visitors are taken on a journey through London’s fascinating past to admire the precious Crown Jewels, which are still worn by the Queen to this day.
Two more of London’s majestic monuments follow the trip to the Tower: St Paul’s Cathedral and the Bank of England. After exploring both of these sites, we cross back over Tower Bridge to reach one of the most enticing foodie pockets in the city, Borough Market. And this isn’t all; a guided tour of Westminster Abbey comes next, where an indulgent afternoon tea is served up in the on-site Cellarium Café.
The London in Style tour is available to book from April 2017 onwards.
London, Hampton Court Palace & Windsor
Another of our brand new experiences, the London, Hampton Court Palace & Windsor tour begins with a relaxed drive around the capital, where you’ll be treated to panoramic views of Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to stretch your legs with a visit to Hampton Court Palace, home to a priceless collection of art, glorious gardens and its notorious maze.
From a Historic Royal Palace to an official Royal Residence, the tour continues on to Windsor Castle. Encompassing a visit to the State Apartments with St George’s Chapel and Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House, it’s an unforgettable insight into the British Royal family.
Join the London, Hampton Court Palace & Windsor tour from April 2017 onwards.
Windsor Express Season 2017
With so much to see within its ancient walls, Windsor Castle is best seen at a leisurely pace. And this is exactly what visitors can expect by catching the new Windsor Express. However, there’s more to discover outside the castle walls, too. Windsor has a wealth of cultural attractions to explore, not to mention an abundance of charming cafés. Take a look at our article on what to do in Windsor, to make the most of a day here.
The Windsor Express will resume service for spring and summer in April 2017.
Historic London Pubs
While our other new tours focus on Britain’s historic monuments, this trip takes in another side to the country’s rich heritage. After all, what could be more enticing than a tour of the city’s most historic pubs, incorporated into a walk along London’s scenic Bankside?
From the steps of St Paul’s Cathedral, the walking tour leads the group between The Centre Page (which was referred to in the Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens) and The Anchor, as well as The Old Thameside Inn – with a taste of each one’s ale along the way.
Be a part of the Historic London Pubs walking tour from April 2017.
